If you join our NeuropathyRx Subscription Program your subscription will be automatically shipped to you every 28 days, and your credit card will be charged automatically. If you wish to cancel your shipments, you are required to call our customer service department to cancel at least 10 days prior to your next shipment. Orders that have already shipped are not refundable. Please be sure that you wish to subscribe to the service before ordering. In addition, be sure to keep all information including address, telephone number, and credit card information current so that your orders may be processed in a timely manner. If your information changes, including mailing address and credit card expirations, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-243-6633 to update your file and keep your shipments coming as scheduled.
